Spektrix Integration
PatronSend connects to your Spektrix account to automatically sync orders and generate documents.
Connecting Spektrix
Prerequisites
- Your Spektrix client name (system.spektrix.com/[your-org-name])
- API credentials
How to get Spektrix API Credentials
- In Spektrix, go to Settings > Users > API Accounts
- Click New API Account
- For Username, enter PatronSend
- For email address, either enter an organization email if you would like to get set up yourself right away (the credentials will be sent to this email) or enter support@patronsend.com and we will set it up for your in 2-3 business days.
- For phone number, enter +17782008107
Connection Steps
- Go to Settings > Spektrix Integration
- Click Connect
- Enter your client name
- Enter your API key
- Click Test Connection
If successful, you'll see a green "Connected" status.
How Syncing Works
PatronSend syncs donations from Spektrix automatically:
- Initial Sync - When you first connect, recent donations are synced
- Ongoing Sync - New donations are synced every 15 minutes
What Gets Synced
- Order/donation details (amount, date, fund)
- Donor information (name, email, address)
- Fund information for receipt configuration

Troubleshooting
Connection Failed
- Verify your client name is correct (no spaces, exactly as in your Spektrix URL)
- Check that your API credentials are valid
- Contact support@patronsend.com for help
Donations Not Syncing
- Check the connection status in Settings
- Verify the donation exists in Spektrix
- Check if the fund is excluded by a fund rule
Missing Donor Information
- PatronSend uses the donor info from Spektrix
- Update donor details in Spektrix to fix missing information
- Run a manual sync after making changes
